Death Note has the funniest premise of all time. Like. A death god is bored so he tosses his funny little notebook into the human world. The guy who picks it up just so happens to be a police chief’s privileged brat who has gone his entire life being praised for his intellect, talents, and looks, so it takes like ten seconds for him to start serial killing.
